Fostering Job Creation, Training, and Retention

We will create career coaching and training programs to get young adults ready for the workforce. These will include digital training programs delivered via website or mobile/web interface, as well as via in-person training delivered directly by us or in collaboration with local and national partners.

The coaching will not cease when a student secures a job. Instead, our program will assign a mentor to each student to help guide each student through the integration into, and navigation within, the workforce now and well into their careers, with a view to reducing the high rate of attrition from the traditional workforce that many Americans experience throughout their careers, particularly racial minorities from lower income backgrounds.

We will also work directly and with partners to sponsor job drives and other events intended to expose potential employers to a population that may not previously have had access to them
